A 55-year-old Chatham man is facing impaired driving charges in Essex.
According to the OPP, a resident on South Malden Rd contacted police with complaints of an unwanted person on their property Friday night.
When police arrived they found his car dangling from a culvert above a ditch and that the man was showing signs of impairment.
He was arrested, his vehicle and license were seized.
