More information will be available tonight for people interested in learning more about the proposed Ridge Landfill expansion.
The open house takes place at St. Mary’s Hall from 5-8pm in Blenheim.
The proposed expansion involves retiring the old section and opening up new “cells” for use.
Officials say the dump in its current footprint will be full in about six years and the expansion will increase the lifespan for at least 20 years.
