Chatham-Kent Police are charging a man after he was driving his e-bike under the influence.
Police say the man was spotted last night at Wellington Street West and Second Street in Chatham when he ran a red light and continued driving on the sidewalk.
Officers also noticed that the e-bike didn’t have any pedals.
The 43 year old Chatham man is also being charged with driving while under suspension for unpaid fines, and driving without a license plate.
