A 54-year-old Chatham man is facing alcohol related charges after he fell off his e-bike.
Police say the man showed signs of impairment after he toppled off the bike on Spencer Ave. yesterday afternoon.
He was taken to hospital for observation for a bump to his head sustained in the fall.
The e-bike was towed from the scene and his license has been suspended for 90 days
