No injuries have been reported following an early morning crash in Wallaceburg.
Emergency crews responded to a two-vehicle collision on Dufferin Avenue just after 2am.
Officers suspected one of the drivers may have been drinking and brought him to police headquarters for tests.
The 48-year-old has now been charged with having a blood alcohol level over the legal limit, and will face that charge in court next month.
