Impaired driving charges have been laid following a single vehicle crash on Merlin Road.
Emergency crews were called to the scene near Talbot Trail shortly after 1:30 this morning.
Chatham-Kent Police say two people were able to pull themselves from the wreckage while a third had to be extricated. One of the passengers was then air-lifted to hospital for treatment.
Investigators suspected the driver, a 27-year-old man, was intoxicated. He was taken to police headquarters for breath tests and released with conditions and a future court date.
