The Chatham-Kent Workforce Planning Board is hoping to see more people fill out their annual Employer One Survey.
Project Manager Kristi Jacobs says the information gleaned from the survey is put to good use.
“It has helped us to find some information about some shortages we have in the community, sector-specific, skills-specific,” Jacobs says. “A lot of individuals use it, organizations use it, they can use it for planning.”
The survey covers demographics from each employers’ workforce; experiences over the last 12 months, including any hard-to-fill positions, new hires, and successes; as well as projections for the year ahead.
