The Chatham Goodfellows are giving a huge thanks to the staff at Enbridge Gas.
Director Tim Mifflin says over the years, the utility’s employees have given over $700,000 in toys, food, and cash to the organization.
“More importantly is the sweat equity last night during the floor packing we had a retiree from Enbridge. He’s come out every year and coordinated all the toy rooms,” says Mifflin. “Money allows us to get the things we need and the donations are wonderful but equally important we require folks come out and give us a hand.”
As the No Child Without a Christmas campaign continues, volunteers will be packing toys at the Leeson Drive facility again this evening, and the Street Sales campaign runs Friday and Saturday.
