Flood waters are washing over a section of Erie Shore Drive once again.
The Lower Thames Valley Conservation Authority is asking all non-essential traffic to avoid the area.
Flooding is expected to continue through the afternoon and into the evening.
Forecasts are calling for wind gusts of up to 40 kilometers an hour this afternoon, but things should die down overnight.
