A Plympton-Wyoming resident is without their licence after police received a traffic complaint on Highway 401 in Chatham-Kent.
The Ontario Provincial Police Service said officers received the complaint from a Good Samaritan on Sunday at around 1 a.m. regarding a vehicle travelling east on the highway between Chatham and Tilbury.
Authorities said the vehicle was seen weaving and having difficulty staying in its lane.
Officers located the vehicle shortly after and spoke to the driver.
As a result, a 31-year-old of Plympton-Wyoming resident has been issued a three-day driver’s licence suspension.
