Cougar Varsity Registration and Equipment Handout

Hello Cougar Varsity Players and Parents.
As we explained to the players last week, our registration people will be there on Tuesday from 5:30pm before practice to take registration and to collect payment. The cost is $400 (accept cash, cheque, VISA, MasterCard, or Debit). Home games will be at CKSS Main Field on Sunday afternoons. For Away games, we will arrange rides and carpools. After registration, players will receive equipment before practice.
Attached is a registration form. We will have registration forms at the field but to save time, please print off the attached Registration form and fill it out for Tuesday.
