Covid-19 Vaccine Community Clinics – Wallaceburg

On Thursday June 3^rd, 2021 from 9am – 8pm there will be a covid-19 vaccine community clinic hosted by Chatham-Kent Community Health Centres (Wallaceburg site) located at 808 Dufferin Avenue in Wallaceburg. The clinic will be administering Moderna vaccines to anyone from the public aged 18 years and older.

The clinic will accept walk in appointments as able. However, residents are being encouraged to book an appointment by calling 519-397-5455 ext. 322. The clinic will accept individuals for their 1^st dose or 2^nd dose of Moderna as long as they meet the provincial eligibility for the second dose interval. Individuals seeking a second dose should call to book an appointment in advance to confirm they meet the provincial eligibility.
