Sons of Kent Backyard Bluesfest

Sons of Kent Brewing Co is proud to present the first annual BACKYARD BLUESFEST featuring live music by Dwane Dixon, Blutonium, and Lockwood & Langille.
LIVE MUSIC. 5pm-10pm
5pm – Lockwood & Langille – Chatham guitar legend Tom Lockwood plays alongside London native Paul Langille. They started this project together as a duo, that quickly catapulted them into the finals of the International Blues Festival in Memphis. A world class blues act you won’t want to miss!
6.45pm – Blutonium – Local R&B Blues Band ready to entertain and party all night! Lead Singer Scott Campbell, Bob Wilson on bass, guitar by Jeff Mifflin and on drums Rick Chrysler. Dance and groove with one of the hottest acts around!

8.30pm – Dwane Dixon Band – Nominated in 2014 BYL blues awards for “Performance of the Year” and “Album of the Year”, renowned blues artist Dwane Dixon will be making his way from Montreal to showcase the blues rock of the late 60’s & 70’s. Pouring body and soul into the genre and drawing influences from Jimi Hendrix, Billy Gibbons and Jimmy Page at the height of their powers. Food trucks on site along with the beer available from Sons of Kent.
