The Every Plate Full Campaign is back for its 3rd year at Chatham’s Outreach for Hunger. 
Taking place at the Wellington Street food bank this afternoon, Executive Director Brenda LeClair says the need never ends.
“We all get busy wit hour lives, the weather gets better, we have things we want to get done and that we’re doing and we don’t think about it because we’re not in that giving spirit like we all are at Christmas time or Thanksgiving,” LeClair says. “but that doesn’t affect the families that are struggling, they’re there every day and they have that struggle every day, so we need to remember that and see what we can do to help.”
Today’s event, running from 11-2, features a barbecue, tours of the food bank, and a challenge to fill up shopping carts with donations.
Donations can also be made any time at local grocery stores.
