Police in Leamington have arrested a Windsor man in connection to a fatal hit and run.
OPP say the 23-year-old hit an 85 year old wheelchair bound woman on oct 9th.
The driver fled, and the victim died in hospital.
The man is facing a charge of failing to stop at the scene of an accident resulting in death.
He’ll be in court in December.
