A weekend crash just outside of London has claimed one life and sent three others to hospital. 
Emergency crews were called to the intersection of Vanneck Road and Egremont Drive Saturday afternoon.
According to Middlesex OPP, a northbound pickup truck collided with an eastbound Dodge car, sending the Dodge into the path of a westbound Honda. The driver of the Honda, an 81-year-old woman, was killed instantly.
The driver of the Dodge and two passengers were taken to hospital with life threatening injures – the driver is now listed in fair condition, while the passengers have been upgraded to good condition.
The investigation is continuing.
