Provincial Police had a section of the 401 in Windsor closed overnight following a fatal crash overnight. 
Authorities say a vehicle struck a pedestrian at the EC Row Expressway onramp shortly after 10:30 Tuesday night, but then fled the scene.
Police are looking for a light brown van or SUV that was scene in the area at the time and may be able to help with the investigation.
No details about the victim have been released at this point.
The 401 at EC Row reopened shortly before six o’clock this morning.
