A local man has died following a snowmobile crash south of Mitchell’s Bay.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers were called to the single-vehicle crash near the intersection of Mallard Line and Jacob Road in Dover Township at around 8 p.m. on Saturday.
The driver and lone occupant of the snowmobile, a 40-year-old Dover Centre man, was pronounced dead at the scene. The identity of the man has not been released.
The CK Police Traffic Management Unit is continuing to investigate the collision.
