The Ministry of Labour is investigating a deadly workplace accident in Chatham.
Emergency crews responded to a property on Centre Street just after 4 Monday afternoon after a worker fell from a ladder.
The 44-year-old was taken to hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
No information has been released on the company involved or what kind of work was being done.
