Chatham-Kent police have provided an update on an accident that took place back on February12th.
Just before midnight police were called out to a single vehicle accident on Talbot Trail near Lagoon Road just outside of Blenheim.
Police say the driver lost control, left the road and struck several trees.
The Traffic Management unit took over the investigation and on May 11th charged a 32 year old Petrolia woman with impaired driving.
She was released with a June 1st court date
