Federal Candidates Facing Off in CKL and LKM

On the federal campaign trail – an all-candidates’ debate for the riding of Chatham-Kent-Leamington is being held this evening, live-streamed on Facebook. Organized by the group Equal Voice, the forum will cover a range of topics with a special focus on issues of importance to women and youth. CLICK HERE to tune in tonight at 6pm.

A debate is also being held for the LKM candidates today, hosted by the Strathroy Chamber of Commerce, however due to COVID protocols, no audience is allowed. The forum is being recorded and will be streamed online at another time.

Meantime, the NDP candidate for Lambton-Kent-Middlesex is holding a meet and greet on Walpole Island this evening. Jason Henry will be at the Walpole Island Sports Complex from 5 until 7 to discuss his campaign. Social distancing and other COVID protocols will be in place.
