The Ontario Fire Marshal is investigating a blaze outside Dealtown.
An alert driver noticed the fire at the back of a home on Talbot Trail just before noon Tuesday.
Firefighters were called from Raleigh South and Merlin fire halls.
Firefighters spent much of the day dousing hot spots to make sure the fire was out.
Damage is pegged at $500,000.
