The Chatham-Kent Fire Department is reminding local residents about safely and responsibly using fireworks during Canada Day celebrations.
Officially, fireworks can be set off three days before, on and three days after July 1st.
Fireworks can only be set off until 11pm.
Consumer fireworks must be set off in a safe wide open area on private property.
