Traffic is moving along 401 again this morning after a multi-vehicle collision. 
Just before 6:30 last night, emergency crews were called to the eastbound lanes near Mull Road.
EMS officials say five people were taken to hospital, one of whom was suffering serious injuries.
Traffic was re-routed off at Highway 40. The eastbound lanes opened just before midnight.
