A flood watch is again in effect for residents along Lake Erie and Erie Shore Drive.

The Lower Thames Valley Conservation Authority has issued a strong wind warning for residents along the Great Lake shoreline, specifically western Lake Erie and Lake St. Clair.

The LTVCA warns of risk for shoreline damage, erosion and flooding late this evening (Monday) through the afternoon tomorrow. (Tuesday)

South facing shoreline communities on Lake Erie are at greatest risk, including Erie Shore Drive. Rain in the forecast could aggravate flooding in shoreline areas and the downstream ends of watercourses where they outlet into either lake.
