Floodwaters Return To Shoreline

Once again flooding is expected along the Lake Erie shoreline tonight.

The Lower Thames Valley Conservation Authority says with winds pushing 65km/h overnight and gusts of up to 80km/h the conditions are favorable for flooding.

Forecasters are expecting the winds to be out of the southwest throughout the overnight.

An area outside of Erieau has flooded numerous times over the last two weeks, causing widespread flooding and damage.
