Impaired driving charges have been laid following a crash on the 401 earlier this week.
Chatham-Kent OPP received a call late Monday afternoon about a car that struck a road sign and crashed into the ditch.
The vehicle was found near Kent Bridge Road, and the driver was taken to the detachment for breath tests.
The 63-year-old Florida man is set to appear in court next week.
