It will be food and information throughout Chatham Kent this weekend at CK Tables presents it Rethink Food Weekend on Saturday and Sunday.
Paul Spence, Co-Founder of CK Table says one thing they hope the weekend does is address the issues that farmers have of getting food to the tables.
“It’s to build dialog around local food that so many people are interested in but from the perspective of where we sit there are a lot of issues that need to be addressed or talked about surround local food,” says Spence. “So each of the events was created to allow for more dialog between consumers and farmers so we can all be on the same page on how to solve some of the problems.”
