A Wallaceburg man has been charged after allegedly injuring a woman when he tackled her during an argument.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said on Sunday, an argument between a man and a woman turned violent when the man allegedly tackled the woman to prevent her from leaving.
The woman suffered a laceration near her eye.
Police were called Monday and a 38-year-old Wallaceburg man was located on Tuesday and arrested. He is now charged with forcible confinement and assault.
