Ford Asks Members For Emergency Extension

Premier Doug Ford will ask MPP’s to extend the provinces State of emergency until the end of the month.

There will be an emergency session at Queens Park Tuesday and he will reportedly ask to extend the state of emergency until June 2nd.

The current state expires Tuesday.

Social distancing protocols will keep attendance to 42 members at a time in the legislature.
