A report on conditions of 5 long term care facilities located in the ĢTA left Premier Doug Ford shaken Tuesday.
The report was prepared by the Canadian Military after they were sent in to the facilities to try and halt the spread of corona virus.
In the report it mentioned staffing shortages, a lack of PPE, bug infestations and old food trays stacked in patients rooms.
Ford called the report gut wrenching, heart breaking and horrific.
He said they were not aware of the conditions until they received the report but promises justice for all of these residents and their families.
He said charges are very possible.
