Former Officer Returns To Court

The court proceedings against a former Chatham-Kent police officer are caught in a holding pattern.

CKPS Constable Kenneth Miller

Kenneth Miller who is facing sex assault and breach of trust charges, was in court yesterday where a preliminary hearing date was expected to be determined.

Instead, sources say the dates were not finalized as an out of town judge is handling the preliminary hearing.

Miller will be back in court on next week to set a date.

Miller resigned his post back in March of last year.
