An awards ceremony honouring individuals for their service in the agricultural sector is returning for its 77th year.
The Chatham-Kent Chamber of Commerce will host the 77th annual Rural Urban Awards on November 22 at the Chatham-Kent John D. Bradley Convention Centre.
Several presentations will be made honouring four award recipients, which include which include Youth Agriculturist of the Year Hanna Reid, Agriculture Innovator of the Year Devolder Farms, Agriculturist of the Year Jim Campbell, and Friend of Agriculture Anne Verhallen.
The ceremony kicks off at 6 p.m. with a reception, followed by dinner and the awards program at 7 p.m.
