NEW ALBUM ‘HOW DID I GET HERE’ OUT NOW!
Josh & Katie Pascoe are the husband and wife Alternative Roots Group ‘Fresh Breath’. Creating signature genre-bending music, that shape-shifts into folk, rock, blues and country.
The band has just released their brand new, FACTOR funded EP (How Did I Get Here; August 6, 2021). Consisting of six original tracks; reflecting on the pair’s personal relationship stories, taking a look into their world in isolation, and how they found a way to keep their own lights shining in a time of darkness.
The album has been compared to the likes of Fleetwood Mac’s (Rumours) with their harmonies and vocal pairings on ‘You and Me’ and ‘Find Your Way Home’. As well as the semi-acoustic sides of Led Zeppelin III and IV, on tracks like ‘Rumour Going Round’ and ‘How Did I Get Here’.
This is the group’s first co-write with Producer Brett Humber on the track ‘You and Me’ – which placed in a Top 20 Pick Hit List for Cashbox Radio. Since 2020, the group has placed singles in Top 20 & Top 100 Canadian Online Radio Charts and was voted as a nominee for the Blues & Roots International Radio Competition in 2020 as Group of the Year.
