A recall has been issued over tart shells sold in Dresden and Wallaceburg.
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency says unbaked three inch frozen sweet tart shells sold by Dresden Meat Packers and Dresden Meat and Deli should not be consumed because of possible E.coli contamination.
The shells were sold between March 15th and April 29th.
Officials with the CFIA say the recall was issued as a result of an investigation into a foodborne illness outbreak, but at this point there have been no confirmed illnesses associated with the product.
Anyone who may have purchased the affected product should throw it out or return it.
