A big fundraiser is set for March 10th to help raise some money for the Macolin family.
Their young son Tucker was attacked and maul by a dog and organizers hope to help pay for some the expenses once the young man comes home.
Dan Robinson says it’s just the right thing to do.
“I’m not related to the family, but I do have dogs and kids. At the Moose Lodge, we help people in need. We have a bunch of raffles and 4-5 different bands, wand we’re going to try to raise some money to help the family out. It’s general admission at the door – $10, and with the purchase of your ticket, you receive some tickets to the raffles,” says Robinson.
The fundraiser is on March 10th, at the Moose Lodge, 110 Duke Street, Wallaceburg. Doors open at 4:00 pm.
Robinson says the money will go towards the expenses the family will have to deal with after Tucker gets home.
