Tributes and donations are pouring in for an 18-year-old woman Dover woman in a crash near Pain Court over the long weekend.
Mable Baker died following a crash on Pain Court Line near Bear Line Road Saturday morning.
While Chatham-Kent Police have withheld the victim’s name, family and friends have been sharing remembrances of the teen, including a fireworks display in her honour Monday night.
An online fundraiser has been launched to help the family with funeral costs.
“She has touched the lives of many and we all know everyone knew and had a love for hevans [sic] newest angel,” organizers Jen and Jesse Ellwood say in an online post. “This is a tragic day for everyone that Mable has touched and loved her throughout the 18 yrs of this beautiful girl’s life.”
