Some good news for Union Gas customers.
The utility has received approval from the Ontario Energy Board to adjust its rates for natural gas customers, with those of us in Southern Ontario seeing a decrease of about $39 a year, or just over three dollars on each monthly bill.
These rate changes mean the average annual bill for a residential household will be about $754.
The decrease goes into effect April first.
