Police are looking for suspects after someone broke into a Chatham gas station.
An alarm went off at the UPI Gas Bar on Park Avenue East just after 4 o’clock yesterday morning and officers arriving at the scene found the front door smashed in.
Video surveillance showed a man wearing a hooded sweatshirt, ball cap, and jeans forcing his way into the business and stealing some chocolate bars.
Damage is pegged at $500.
Anyone who can help track down the thief is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.
