The Chatham-Kent Food Policy Council is looking for area farmers to take part in a campaign to get more local food into area food banks.
Public Health dietician Lyndsay Davidson says the goal of the Gleaning Project is to help increase access to healthy food.
Davidson says they have a number of volunteers ready to work in the program. Producers who would like to take part can contact the Public Health Unit
