Congratulations to Wallaceburg’s own Brent Foster and his company Foster Visuals for taking Silver for New Director of the Year in the shots.net awards in London, England.

The second place nod is for Foster’s film “Enough,” which tells the story of a group of elder women of Korogocho, one of the most dangerous slums in Nairobi, Kenya, who have been fighting back against sexual predators.

The film is part of Foster Visual’s series “While I’m Here – The Legacy Project,” profiling everyday people with extraordinary stories.

It’s just the latest honour for the short film, which was also a National Geographic short film showcase official selection.
