Station 10 firefighters Tom Jones and Dave Parry with their wives Cathy and Marcia secured donations from West Elgin Station 1 Rodney of used bunker gear to a Fire Station in Tulum Mexico.
They had a huge team of Community helpers that helped with the project.
Fastenal Chatham donated gloves and Sentry Fire Chatham donated medical supplies, Over 200 pounds of equipment was donated to the Bomberos Tulum on October 4th 2018.
Our Firefighters also spent a day at their fire hall training them on “Rescue the Rescuer” to keep them safe.
