Local hockey is back and 99.1 CKXS will be there at centre ice, ready for all of the action when the puck drops this Friday night in Dresden as the Jr. Kings battle the Wallaceburg Lakers!
Our own Gary Patterson, Chris Prince and Jay Smith will join you live from our local barns for select Wallaceburg Lakers and Dresden Jr. Kings games throughout the regular season, with extended coverage for the playoffs.
The XS Sports crew will provide pre-game coverage and analysis as well as live play-by-play, colour commentary and all of the fun that comes with our local athletes on your radio dial!
This year’s debut Great Lakes Jr. C program will be live from Dresden’s Lambton-Kent Memorial Arena on Friday, Sept. 16th as the Highway 78 series kicks off another season! What better way to start than the Lakers travelling to Dresden to battle the Jr. Kings?! Pre-game coverage gets under way at 7:15 with game time slotted for 7:30 pm.
