Gun Fired At Vehicle In Thamesville

Police are investigating after a gun was fired at a vehicle in Thamesville

The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers responded to a residence on Wallace Street Friday evening after a bullet from a .22 calibre firearm was fired at a vehicle, damaging the window at around 6 p.m.

It is unknown at this time if anyone was in the vehicle when the shot was fired.

According to police, this was an isolated incident and there is no threat to public safety.
