Gun Smuggling Drone Gets Stuck In A Tree

Police are investigating after recovering a drone that was smuggling a bag full of firearms into Canada.

The Ontario Provincial Police said the drone was found stuck in a large tree along the St. Clair River near Port Lambton on Friday morning.

A bag attached to the drone contained 11 handguns, which investigators believe were coming from the United States.

The St. Clair Township Fire Department attended the scene to help retrieve the drone and officers seized the handguns for further investigation.
