• 2 lbs. ground smoked ham
  • 1 lb. ground fresh lean pork
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 cup Hammilk
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp. dry mustard

Combine first 5 ingredients. Mix well. Cover with brown sugar and mustard. Bake uncovered, basting often, for 2 hours in 325◦ oven. Sauce for loaf: combine 2 tablespoons drained horseradish with ½ cup heavy cream, whipped.
