The Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship will be in Chatham-Kent this afternoon. 
Ahmed Hussen will make an infrastructure announcement aimed at enhancing harbour safety for commercial fishers and recreational users.
Hussen will be representing the Minister of Fisheries, Oceans and the Canadian Coast Guard, who would normally make this type of announcement.
The event goes at 4pm at Bayside Brewing in Erieau.
