Those looking for work in the healthcare sector in Chatham-Kent should be updating their resumes this week.
The municipality is hosting a Healthcare Community Resource and Job Fair on Thursday, September 24 at the Chatham Everest Convention Centre.
Billed as a one-stop event connecting you to opportunities in the growing healthcare sector, the event will include healthcare employers, community agencies, training providers, and support organizations to showcase career pathways, educational programs, and local services.
Dozens of employers and community organizations will be on hand, including several retirement and long term care homes, family health teams, the Alzheimer Society of Chatham-Kent, Community Living, and the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance.
Job seekers will have the chance to meet directly with employers, build connections, and gain insights into in-demand positions across the healthcare sector.
