Canada Post is asking for your help in keeping mail carriers healthy through the COVID-19 pandemic.
The union representing the carriers is asking people to disinfect their mail boxes.
The daily washing of hand rails and door knobs would also be appreciated.
Canada Post has implemented new measures to protect staff during the outbreak, including their “knock, drop and go” rules for leaving parcels.
Residents are asked to keep doors closed until carriers are gone.
The Public Health Agency of Canada says people shouldn’t be concerned about getting the virus from touching their mail.
