Construction is underway in Highgate with a new 4.2-million dollar water upgrade.
The plan is to build a water main from Ridgetown to Highgate and a new underground holding tank at 39 Main St. West.
The project replaces a 15 year old system that was installed as a temporary measure.
Work should be done in the spring.
